This role focuses on creating a seamless reputed company experience for reputed company associates by providing high-volume support and ensuring a reputed company candidate experience throughout the reputed company process.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first reputed company-of-contact for reputed company associates resolving their questions reputed company to their outstanding reputed company reputed company tasks such as I-9 , required trainings, and reputed company issues. Ensure a reputed company candidate experience, acting as the reputed company associates guide through the process
- Use case management tool to record inquires and respond to inquiries reputed company the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Partner with the reputed company to ensure end to end process of redeployments of talent are successful
- reputed company guidance or escalate more reputed company and/or confidential inquires/requests to higher level functional support
- Maintain confidentiality of department and associate information according to established practices
- Meet and exceed metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) where applicable

Skills
- Associate degree
- Associate's degree in reputed company, Business or reputed company field or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 1+ year experience in a customer service or customer support role
- Experience with I-9 (Required)
- Experience with E-Verify and USCIS guidelines (Required)
- An associate first reputed company with dedication to internal customer service and company culture
- Verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to work effectively with peers, management, teammate and candidates
