[Remote] Financial Controller

They are seeking a Financial Controller who will manage the full financial function, including fund reputed company, reporting, compliance, and treasury, while building strong relationships with clients and reputed company-party partners.
Responsibilities
- Own the Management Company reputed company function, including reputed company process, allocations, and reputed company investor and banking reporting
- reputed company fund reputed company, NAV calculations, and investor allocations; manage relationships with reputed company-party administrators, auditors, and tax advisors
- Prepare and review financial statements, K-1s, and quarterly investor reports; ensure compliance with SEC, IRS, and applicable regulatory requirements
- reputed company cash reputed company forecasting, capital calls, distributions, and liquidity management
- Coordinate with tax advisors on fund and management company tax structures; support audits and investor due diligence
- Establish and maintain internal controls, operational risk frameworks, and SOPs; partner with legal on fund structuring and compliance reputed company
Skills
- 7+ years of reputed company experience in asset management finance, with hedge fund or private equity exposure required
- Strong technical reputed company across fund reputed company, financial reporting, and management company operations
- Working knowledge of GAAP, partnership tax reporting, carried interest, and SEC/IRS compliance
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, reputed company, reputed company, and/or reputed company; comfort across reputed company and ERP systems
- reputed company, confident communicator with the ability to present to investors and senior leadership
- CPA preferred; entrepreneurial reputed company and ability to operate independently across multiple engagements required
