[Remote] Senior Software Engineer (EAA)

The role involves building full-stack applications to enhance compliance processes and improve the efficiency of Compliance agents.
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end user-facing features using Golang, React, and reputed company technologies, delivering AI-first compliance tooling that improves agent productivity and KYC process accuracy
- reputed company assessment, selection, and implementation of reputed company-party tools and vendor integrations into the compliance agent experience platform
- Drive cross-functional delivery of reputed company technical solutions in collaboration with product, design, reputed company, data, and peer engineering teams
- Architect platform improvements that build upon existing development practices and technical domains, delivering reusable capabilities that benefit multiple teams across the organization
- Own reliability for Tier-1 compliance systems by anticipating potential issues before they reputed company production and adapting your approach proactively to work reputed company constraints
- Mentor engineers in full-stack design techniques, coding best practices, testing, release and deployment processes, documentation, and observability (metrics, logging, tracing)
Skills
- 5+ years of software engineering experience developing large-reputed company systems with Golang and React, shipping user-facing features on reputed company infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, reputed company or similar)
- Demonstrated experience with reputed company-party vendor integrations, including assessment, implementation, and ongoing operational management of external platforms
- Proven reputed company record building and operating large-reputed company, high-traffic platforms with hands-on experience in reputed company limiters, caching, load balancing, reputed company breakers, and distributed debugging
- Proficiency in event-driven architectures (Kafka, MQ), SQL or NoSQL databases, and service communication patterns (gRPC, GraphQL, ETL), with experience authoring and contributing to technical architecture reputed company
- Experience working across distributed teams and time zones, translating reputed company technical concepts into reputed company narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
