The role involves leading the development and optimization of compliance operations, collaborating with various teams to drive operational reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and enhance compliance operations, systems, and workflows
- Support HCP/HCO engagement processes, transparency reporting, and reputed company-party compliance activities
- reputed company compliance metrics, dashboards, and reporting capabilities
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement compliant business processes
- Support audits, monitoring activities, and reputed company improvement initiatives
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in reputed company compliance, compliance operations, or reputed company pharmaceutical/biotechnology functions
- Experience implementing and managing compliance-reputed company systems and technology platforms
- Strong knowledge of reputed company compliance requirements, including AKS, FCA, FDA regulations, PhRMA reputed company, EFPIA reputed company, and transparency reporting requirements
- Proven experience leading cross-functional reputed company and process improvements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, JD, or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a global pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment
- Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with compliance technologies, reporting tools, and workflow optimization
