The role involves configuring and maintaining PeopleSoft HCM modules, managing incident reputed company, and ensuring compliance with various standards.
Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain PeopleSoft HCM modules and workflows
- Support statewide agencies using CAPPS
- Coordinate fiscal year-end processing and payroll activities
- Manage incident reputed company, change requests, and service tickets
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, NIST, ITIL, and WCAG standards
- Participate in Disaster Recovery testing and audit activities
- Create executive presentations, reports, and system documentation
- Support integrations, batch jobs, reporting solutions, and system enhancements
- Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams

- 10+ years supporting CAPPS HR/PY Tower in reputed company PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
