[Remote] LMS Implementation Project Manager

This role is reputed company on leading the end-to-end deployment effort, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and delivering a high-reputed company, on-time implementation.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the LMS implementation from deployment through go-live, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met (partnering with 3rd party implementation partners)
- Serve as the primary internal reputed company of contact for the implementation partner(s)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution
- Partner closely with LMS implementation consultants to ensure reputed company delivery and adherence to scope
- Hold vendors accountable to timelines, deliverables, and SLAs
- Escalate and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays
- reputed company system configuration, testing, and validation activities
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and LMS capabilities
- Support data migration, integrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support change management and adoption strategies
- Ensure readiness for go-live, including communications, training plans, and support structure
- Drive issue triage and reputed company during the hypercare period
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in learning technology, digital learning, or HR technology role with experience leading LMS implementations or similar reputed company system deployment
- Hands-on expertise with Saba and/or reputed company; experience with both strongly preferred
- Experience working in a 21 CFR Part 11–validated environment, including system validation and audit readiness
- Proven ability to reputed company LMS/LXP implementations, migrations, or major upgrades
- Strong understanding of learning ecosystem integrations, including HRIS, SSO, and content providers
- Strong project management skills and the ability to quickly assess and stabilize in-flight work
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- LMS Implementation experience
- Bachelor's but HM would review experience over degree first
- Experience with additional learning tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Learning, SCORM/xAPI tools)
- Background in change management and validated system lifecycle management
- Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices
- Ability to quickly adapt, diagnose issues, and implement short-term solutions
