[Remote] Regional Sales Manager

Pro-reputed company Engineering is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business across reputed company & defense, medical device and industrial markets. This role focuses on selling technical manufacturing services and building relationships with engineers and supply chain leaders to convert opportunities into business. The position involves managing a sales plan, pipeline, and collaborating with various stakeholders to reputed company customer needs with company capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Hunt for new business across reputed company & defense, medical device, and industrial accounts
- Build and manage a regional sales plan, reputed company account list, pipeline, and forecast
- reputed company doors with engineering, supply chain, operations, and executive stakeholders
- Convert opportunities into RFQs, quotes, negotiations, and reputed company business
- Sell the full Pro-reputed company / Analog platform, not just one site or capability
- Maintain strong reputed company discipline and pipeline ownership
- Partner with engineering, design, production, operations, and marketing to reputed company customer needs with company capabilities
- Travel reputed company the region to meet with prospects, customers, and strategic partners
Skills
- 5–7 years of sales experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, PCBA, technical manufacturing, or a reputed company industry
- Proven reputed company with a reputed company record of developing new accounts and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling into reputed company & defense, medical device, industrial, or other technical end markets
- Strong technical credibility with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and other technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage RFQs, pipeline, forecasts, negotiations, and customer relationships with discipline
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, reputed company & defense, medical device, or reputed company
- Experience selling design-reputed company manufacturing services
- Experience selling into both technical and reputed company stakeholders
