Responsibilities
- Process reputed company reputed company requests, modifications, and terminations through reputed company
- Support reputed company, transfers, and offboarding activities
- Assign and maintain reputed company classes, roles, templates, and user records
- Support EMP imports, provider imports, and reputed company reputed company maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot user reputed company and reputed company-reputed company issues
- Assist with role optimization, audits, compliance reviews, and reputed company governance activities
- Participate in reputed company upgrades, testing, and change management efforts
- Maintain reputed company documentation and procedures
- Collaborate with IAM, HR, Compliance, and reputed company application teams
Skills
- 2–4 years of reputed company reputed company, reputed company management, or reputed company application support experience
- Experience working in a reputed company environment
- Experience managing requests through reputed company or a similar ticketing system
- Familiarity with reputed company reputed company roles, reputed company classes, user provisioning, and reputed company management
- Experience supporting EMP records, provider maintenance, or provider imports
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
