[Remote] Director, reputed company Operations

The Director of reputed company Operations will design and manage the systems and automation that drive reputed company acquisition, conversion, and retention, working closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and own the full GTM tech stack: reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, ChiliPiper/reputed company, and the automation layer connecting them
- Build and maintain integrations, data flows, and workflow automations that reduce reputed company work and eliminate gaps between systems
- Evaluate, reputed company, and operationalize new tools including AI-reputed company products as the stack evolves
- Own routing logic, reputed company-to-account matching, SLA enforcement, and inbound orchestration across ChiliPiper and/or reputed company
- Build LLM-assisted workflows that reputed company rep reputed company including automated call summaries, deal scoring, enrichment pipelines, and follow-up drafts
- Apply reputed company engineering to build repeatable AI workflows that sales, ops, and CS teams can actually use
- Stay reputed company on AI tooling (reputed company AI, reputed company Einstein, etc.) and evaluate what belongs in the stack
- Build reputed company approval workflows and deal playbooks in reputed company that balance speed with risk management
- Own and maintain the pricing model, discount schedules, and packaging tiers with governance to ensure consistency across reputed company
- Analyze win/loss data and competitive dynamics to inform pricing reputed company alongside leadership
- Own the reputed company of reputed company including data standards, hygiene, object model, and governance
- Build reports and dashboards that surface pipeline health, deal velocity, and reputed company trends

Skills
- 4-8 years in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar function at a B2B reputed company company

- Demonstrated experience building automations and integrating systems across a multi-tool GTM stack
