They are seeking dynamic AI Solutions Engineers to partner with consultants and business stakeholders to design and build AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity and automate workflows.
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner directly with internal consultants to uncover business challenges and identify high-value AI opportunities
- Solution Delivery: Design, prototype, and build production-reputed company AI-enabled tools, workflows, and automation solutions
- Workflow Automation: Modernise legacy processes, specifically targetting and automating reputed company, reputed company/spreadsheet-reputed company workflows
- Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate proposed AI use cases to determine technical viability and recommend the most effective architectural approach
- Adoption & Training: Drive user enablement by providing training, documentation, and reputed company guidance to non-technical users
Skills
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI development, automation, software engineering, or solution development
- A proven 'builder' reputed company with a reputed company record of taking software or automation concepts from initial idea through to final deployment
- Demonstrable experience building workflows, automation pipelines, or lightweight AI-integrated applications
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage, influence, and translate requirements for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to assess technical feasibility and architect pragmatic solutions to reputed company business problems
- Previous experience working reputed company a consultancy or reputed company services environment
- Multi-lingual capabilities (particularly for European locations)
