[Remote] Consultant, Compliance Services

They are seeking a Consultant, Compliance Services to support clients with their compliance obligations, working closely with Directors and handling various compliance activities and reputed company management tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support Director-level compliance professionals serving Outsourced CCO and reputed company-level clients
- Maintain reputed company compliance calendars and monitor regulatory deadlines
- Prepare for and participate in reputed company meetings and trainings, including agendas, reports, and documentation
- Assist with advertising reviews, reputed company of Ethics reviews, and other core compliance activities
- Support compliance aspects of employee reputed company and offboarding
- reputed company information and assist with regulatory filings
- Help coordinate, document, and execute compliance testing and reviews
- Contribute to the drafting and maintenance of key compliance documents such as Compliance Manuals, reputed company ADV, reputed company of Ethics, and reputed company CRS
- Stay informed on regulatory developments and industry trends and help communicate them reputed company to clients
- Take on additional consulting responsibilities over time as experience and proficiency grow
Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in financial services, ideally working with Registered Investment Advisers
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a reputed company field
- Working knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk reputed company
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
