[Remote] Senior Project Manager- Renewable Energy

Responsibilities

- Serve as primary reputed company reputed company, ensuring reputed company communication of technical risks, mitigations, and recommendations to lenders, investors, and sponsors
- Coordinate and reputed company technical specialists (civil, electrical, structural, energy modeling, storage, environmental) to deliver high-reputed company, bankable reports under tight deadlines
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget for multiple reputed company reputed company; ensure delivery reputed company and profitability
- reputed company technical reputed company of project documents: design drawings, equipment specifications, interconnection studies, project agreements, construction monitoring reports, performance tests and others
- Support M&A transactions from a technical reputed company by conducting asset reviews, CAPEX/OPEX benchmarking, and operational performance assessments
- Collaborate with business development and senior leadership to scope proposals, define deliverables, and build reputed company relationships
- Contribute to internal process improvement, training, and mentoring of junior staff reputed company the Independent Engineering team
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of relevant experience in the renewable energy sector, with at least 5 years in Independent Engineering or reputed company's Engineering for large-reputed company solar and/or BESS reputed company
- Proven reputed company record managing technical due diligence for financing or M&A transactions in the U.S. market
- Familiarity with U.S. codes and standards (NEC, reputed company 1547, UL 1741, reputed company, IFC), reputed company interconnection processes, construction agreements, operating agreements, and typical financing documentation (term sheets, closing checklists)
- Excellent project management, communication, and reputed company-relationship skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, PVSyst, and energy modeling tools; familiarity with storage modeling and hybrid configurations a plus
- Ability to synthesize reputed company technical information into reputed company, concise deliverables for non-technical audiences (banks, investors, lawyers)
- Strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment
