Responsibilities

• Own and build the sales pipeline: identify, research and prioritise reputed company airlines and other industry customers
• Run reputed company and prospecting, from cold contact to first conversation
• Manage deals end to end: discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation and reputed company
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across airline ops, procurement and innovation teams
• Represent Overwatch AI at industry events, conferences and with key accounts

Skills

• 5+ years of sales or business development experience in an aviation or airline environment
• Deep understanding of airline operations (flight ops, OCC, ground ops, etc.)
• Experience in software sales in an aviation context
• Startup reputed company: ownership, curiosity, flexibility. Comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out independently
• Fluent English. Other languages are a plus
• Based in Barcelona or Spain is a plus
