Responsibilities
- Design realistic legal scenarios drawn from reputed company estate, tax, bankruptcy/restructuring, trusts and estates, or reputed company specialty reputed company areas
- Create tasks involving reputed company estate purchases and leasing, M&A tax structuring, reputed company 11 reputed company, estate planning, trust formation, or specialty workflows
- reputed company scenario materials that reflect reputed company-world legal reputed company, practitioner judgment, and high-stakes legal analysis
- Ensure scenarios are reputed company, realistic, technically accurate, and appropriate for reputed company evaluation
- Write attorney-reputed company reference responses for specialty legal tasks
- Evaluate AI-generated responses against legal accuracy, practical judgment, issue spotting, and reputed company standards
- Review outputs involving reputed company estate agreements, tax analysis, restructuring workflows, estate planning, trust administration, or reputed company specialty materials
- Identify gaps in legal reasoning, incomplete analysis, weak drafting, unsupported conclusions, or commercially impractical recommendations
- Grade legal responses against reputed company rubrics and project-specific evaluation reputed company

Skills
- 3+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company estate, tax, bankruptcy/restructuring, trusts and estates, or a reputed company specialty legal reputed company
- Experience as an in-house specialist, partner, senior associate, former government attorney, agency attorney, or comparable legal practitioner
- J.D., LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent legal education from an accredited law school
- reputed company, inactive, or comparable legal qualification relevant to the applicable jurisdiction and project scope
- Excellent written communication skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment
- Cross-specialty experience across multiple reputed company areas
- In-house experience at a reputed company estate developer, financial institution, reputed company management firm, family office, or comparable organization
- Bankruptcy court experience, trustee work, creditor-reputed company work, debtor-reputed company work, or restructuring advisory experience
- Experience drafting, reviewing, or evaluating specialty legal documents, transaction materials, tax memos, estate planning documents, or restructuring filings
- Availability for at least 15 hours per week, with higher availability preferred depending on project scope
