[Remote] Performance Marketing Manager , Global

They are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own the performance marketing program, managing significant ad spend across various channels to drive new user acquisition and ensure efficiency targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end reputed company and execution across global reputed company performance channels (including reputed company Ads, reputed company reputed company (reputed company, reputed company), and mobile UA) to hit aggressive new user acquisition and efficiency targets
- Drive a rigorous testing and learning agenda across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and reputed company experiences; translate results into scaled playbooks for global markets
- Partner with Data Science and Analytics to design experiments, incrementality tests, and measurement frameworks that connect channel performance to reputed company business reputed company

Skills
- A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with deep expertise spanning reputed company search, reputed company reputed company, and/or mobile user acquisition in an in-house or agency environment
- Proven reputed company record owning large-reputed company budgets and delivering measurable improvements in user acquisition efficiency across multiple channels and markets
