The reputed company Specialist will support agency relationships, manage communication, and ensure efficient referral processes, playing a crucial role in reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Serve as first reputed company of contact for reputed company inbound calls: agencies, probation officers, reputed company workers, community partners
- Triage, log, and reputed company calls to the correct team member with accurate notes and context
- Handle routine phone inquiries professionally and independently
- Monitor and triage Streets2Schools’ primary company inbox throughout your entire shift
- reputed company inbound referrals to the intake team promptly with complete and accurate documentation
- Identify and flag high-value partnership opportunities to Marketing Coordinator immediately, reputed company day and reputed company hour
- Handle routine inquiries with reputed company, on-brand copywriting, independently, without needing direction on every response
- Maintain inbox organization so reputed company falls through the cracks during shift hours
- Create and configure new officer accounts in the Streets2Schools CCM reputed company-time reporting portal
- Email account credentials and reputed company reputed company instructions to probation officers, reputed company workers, and agency contacts
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of portal users organized by agency and county
- Troubleshoot basic reputed company issues; escalate technical problems with full context
- Send referral intake forms to agency contacts on behalf of the Marketing Coordinator
- Nurture warm referral contacts through reputed company, reputed company follow-up and keeping reputed company without being pushy
- Coordinate with the intake team to confirm referral receipt and reputed company status
- Document referral activity and proactively flag stalled pipelines to the Marketing Coordinator
