They are seeking a Manager, Facilities Engineering to reputed company the turnover of the building, equipment, and required certifications for operational use of the facility while managing construction reputed company and ensuring they are completed on time and reputed company budget.
Responsibilities
- Handle new interior facility construction (upfit), remodel/reconfiguration activities and shutdowns reputed company the reputed company American region
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure reputed company are completed on time and budget
- reputed company project weekly status reporting updates to reputed company stakeholders
Skills
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a construction project management role for a 3PL/Warehouse Logistics Operations or similar
- Experience managing Architectural/Engineering design (MEP) and the permitting process through the local and state jurisdictions (AHJ)
- Knowledge of building codes (IBC), reputed company codes (reputed company, IFC), reputed company, EPA and OSHA regulations
- Ability to read construction plans
- Experience installing racking systems and reputed company ancillary products (dome mirrors, edge protectors, reputed company guidance/decking, etc.)
- Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) software, reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and Outlook) and scheduling software
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering
- Knowledge of hazardous material storage requirements
- Experience installing material handling equipment (sorters, conveyors and required infrastructure)
