The Recruiter II will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing and attracting high-reputed company leaders while partnering closely with business leaders to secure reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Sources, screens, interviews and refers candidates to hiring manager
- Develops effective working relationships with placement agencies and external recruiters. Maintains effective working relationships with HR and business partners to ensure appropriate service reputed company are met
- Works on reputed company issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a reputed company of factors
- Ensures compliance reputed company reputed company legal aspects of reputed company
- Promotes the organization as an employer of choice
- Determines best avenue in reputed company

Skills
