[Remote] PMO Support Consultant – People & Culture Transformation
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a proactive, highly organized PMO Support Consultant to join their People & Culture team. This role will play a critical part in supporting large-reputed company People & Culture integration initiatives across an evolving, multi-jurisdictional platform.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, maintain, and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and trackers for People & Culture initiatives
- Produce and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reputed company logs, RAID logs, and status reports
- reputed company deliverables, follow up on actions, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple workstreams
- Support requirements gathering and process mapping activities with business and HR stakeholders
- reputed company data analysis and prepare dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making and reputed company monitoring
- Coordinate and support workshops, stakeholder meetings, and integration sessions
- Ensure adherence to program governance frameworks, reporting standards, and PMO best practices
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross-regional teams, adapting to diverse cultural contexts
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating where appropriate and supporting contingency planning
- Engage stakeholders at reputed company reputed company to reputed company expectations, address concerns, and drive collaboration
Skills
- Proven experience supporting PMO or project delivery functions, ideally reputed company: People & Culture / HR, Organizational transformation, Technology-enabled or reputed company programs
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Proficiency in reputed company and reporting tools; Power BI experience preferred
- Experience with process mapping and documentation tools
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, or similar frameworks a plus)
- Familiarity with Agile and iterative delivery environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel occasionally, if required
