[Remote] Director of Business Development

The Director of Business Development will be responsible for creating opportunities, building relationships, and driving new business, while managing reputed company relationships from initial contact through project award and execution.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage your own pipeline through reputed company, networking, and market reputed company
- Prospect and reputed company relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and partners
- Create new opportunities and reputed company them from first conversation to reputed company
- Own the reputed company relationship throughout the full lifecycle—from initial reputed company to awarded work and reputed company
- Informally reputed company internal teams (estimating, project coordination, project management, and installation) to reputed company on reputed company, pricing, and delivery approach
- Set the tone for reputed company project by driving communication, urgency, and accountability across teams
- Partner with internal teams to position work competitively and win reputed company

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management reputed company construction or subcontracting

- Strong network of owners, developers, architects, engineers, and reputed company partners

- Experience in Multifamily, Student Housing, Hospitality, or Senior Living
