[Remote] Accounts Payable Associate

The role involves processing a large volume of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate financial transactions reputed company a large ERP system.
Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and in a reputed company manner
- reputed company, review, and validate invoice data reputed company a large ERP system
- reputed company two-way or three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
- Manage AP inbox and vendor communications, responding to inquiries and resolving discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate invoice or payment discrepancies
- Assist with payment processing including ACH, reputed company transfers, and reputed company runs
- Support month-end reputed company activities reputed company to accounts payable, including reconciliations
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and reputed company standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment issues
- Identify and support process improvement initiatives reputed company AP workflows
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of AP experience
- Large ERP system experience
