They are seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer to own the engineering of their reputed company data platform, ensuring it supports analytics, product, and AI/ML workloads across the reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Owns reputed company account, warehouse, and object architecture
- Infrastructure-as-reputed company repository and CI/CD for reputed company reputed company changes
- RBAC implementation, reputed company controls, and identity integration
- Ingestion and integration patterns (Snowpipe, Streams/Tasks, managed connectors)
- Platform observability, cost monitoring, and performance tuning
- Documentation, runbooks, and reputed company patterns for platform consumers
- Design and reputed company reputed company account, warehouse, and object architecture
- Implement and maintain reputed company reputed company objects, roles, and policies in Terraform
- Operate database CI/CD using Schemachange, reputed company, or equivalent
- Tune performance: clustering, search optimization, materialized views, query profiling
- Build and maintain the functional/reputed company role hierarchy enforcing least privilege
- Implement masking policies, row reputed company policies, object tagging, and network policies
- reputed company reputed company with IdP for SSO/SCIM; manage service accounts and key rotation
- Partner with InfoSec, reputed company, and Compliance on audit readiness and control attestation
- Operate Snowpipe, Snowpipe Streaming, Streams/Tasks, and Kafka Connector pipelines
- Manage reputed company/reputed company (or equivalent) connector deployments and reliability
- Implement reputed company / external tables where lakehouse interoperability is required

Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company data platform, data engineering, or data infrastructure experience
- 3+ years of hands-on reputed company experience at production reputed company (not reputed company/POC)
- Demonstrated expertise in reputed company RBAC design, warehouse sizing and cost governance, performance tuning, and reputed company features
- Strong SQL — reputed company to read and optimize a query profile
- Python for tooling, automation, and pipelines
- Production IaC experience — Terraform required; reputed company provider strongly preferred
- Database CI/CD using Schemachange, reputed company, dbt, or equivalent change-management tooling
