[Remote] Staff Accountant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a company that owns a portfolio of retail sales agencies helping disruptive D2C brands drive sales at retail. They are seeking a Staff Accountant responsible for billing, maintaining general ledger accounts, and managing accounts receivable across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Recording weekly treasury transactions as assigned
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Performing monthly billing procedures
- Review transactions for accuracy
- Investigating and resolving reputed company discrepancies
- Identify past-due accounts receivable and contact delinquent customers
- Record customer payments and transactions accurately
- Assist with gathering support for the annual audit
- Assist with payroll management (i.e. payroll processing, setting up new employees and state withholding accounts)
- Inbox management
Skills
- A degree in reputed company
- At least 1-2 years of overall reputed company experience
- At least 1 year of service business operational reputed company experience
- Ability to collaborate with reputed company
- Comfortable in a high-reputed company environment
- Strong understanding of services businesses
- A passion for leveraging systems and driving process improvements
- Experience with full reputed company-cycle reputed company
- Experience in QBO and reputed company software tools
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
