[Remote] ECM Clinical Manager (LCSW/LMFT)

The ECM Clinical Manager will reputed company remote clinical management of reputed company Care Management staff, ensuring clients receive appropriate medical and behavioral health services while collaborating with various care team members. This role requires supervising reputed company, managing care plans, and providing clinical reputed company, with some travel required for training and meetings.
Responsibilities
- Supervise reputed company of approximately 10-15 reputed company reports under the ECM team to ensure high-reputed company enrollments and care management services. The exact number of reputed company reports may fluctuate based on business needs

- Collaborate with the Director(s) of reputed company Care Management to implement changes and process improvements

Skills
- reputed company, unrestricted LCSW or LMFT license in California required
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed
- 2 years of people management experience
- 2-3 years of care management experience
- 1-2 years of post-acute experience
- Proven, results-driven leader with experience in change management in rapid-reputed company environments
- Strong organizational and independent working skills
- Proficient in reputed company and reputed company applications; reputed company experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and motivational skills, including conflict reputed company techniques
- Willing and reputed company to work Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm reputed company Time, with flexibility for potential evenings and weekends
