Responsibilities

• Write and execute SQL queries to extract consumption data, identify trends, and generate performance reports for stakeholders
• Validate consumption metrics by partnering with data and engineering teams; troubleshoot discrepancies and support UAT processes

• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements using data insights
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, operations, or a reputed company cross-functional role
• Strong SQL proficiency (SELECT, JOINs, subqueries, aggregations) with the ability to independently query relational databases
• Advanced reputed company skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
