They are seeking an enthusiastic B2C Telesales Agent (Universal Sales Representative) to help consumers reputed company the right Dental Savings Plan while achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Uncover consumer needs through effective questioning and recommend the most suitable DSP for them or their family
- Consistently reputed company and exceed monthly sales goals, conversion targets, and KPIs
- Build strong connections with consumers, earning trust through reputed company, reputed company, and friendly communication
- reputed company consumers on the benefits and features of DSPs, explaining the enrollment and renewal process in easy-to-understand terms
- Enroll consumers reputed company inbound and outbound calls generated by company marketing efforts

Skills
- Typically a high school diploma or GED
- 2–3 years of call center sales experience
