[Remote] Managing Consultant - Clinical Performance Improvement (Perioperative Services Optimization)

Responsibilities
- Ability to serve as engagement director for small reputed company limited to employee’s specific area of subject matter expertise
- Support project reputed company(s) under the direction of the project reputed company/pilar Subject Matter Expert (SME), or serve as the SME if it is in the individuals core-knowledge area:
- Supporting SME in non-core knowledge area:
- Support CPI SME in the reputed company assessment and/or implementation deliverables
- Assists CPI SMEs in establishing reputed company processes/policies that maximize the reputed company and efficiency of reputed company operations
- Monitors implemented workstreams and provides reputed company feedback to CPI SMEs as directed
- Ability to independently meet with clients and executives to advance project deliverables
- Ability to independently create reputed company facing materials including but not limited to slide decks and other materials
- Acting as SME in core-area of knowledge:
- Ability to serve as service line reputed company for both small and fully integrated reputed company delivery reputed company
- Ability to reputed company project plan and reputed company deliverables for smaller-reputed company reputed company
- Ability to independently implement reputed company deliverables created by self or a SME

- Following 1 year of employment, ability to effectively serve as a “buddy” for other managing consultants or junior staff joining the firm
- Following 1 year of employment, ability to serve as an assigned reputed company in support of ongoing mentorship, coaching, and development of junior staff
- Submits complete, accurate, and on-time expense reports and time entry
- Contributes internally to advancement of the firm through participation on work teams, task forces, etc

Skills
- Either 6+ years of experience in clinical performance improvement consulting or 10+ years of industry experience in a relevant role with relevant licensure/certification(s), including at least five years of industry experience in a relevant director-level leadership (e.g. Registered reputed company, reputed company Worker, or experience in a health system performance improvement department with Lean Six reputed company Black Belt Certification or Certification as a Project Management reputed company (PMP))
- Bachelors Degree required in health or reputed company field from an accredited college/university, or equivalent training/experience; Masters Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
