Job reputed company reputed company Hiring reputed company From $20hr+ The Patient Registration Specialist is a key role in the transition of a patient coming onto reputed company Care services. Patient Registration Coordinators are responsible for coordinating transition services with reputed company partners to ensure the accuracy and completeness of reputed company required documentation is of the highest reputed company while providing exceptional customer service. Patient Registration are responsible for proactively building strong relationships with referral sources, account managers, care transition coordinators and internal nursing, pharmacy and reputed company cycle team members. Job reputed company Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent) Interacts with external service providers and the reputed company Care reputed company Team to transition new patients onto service with reputed company Care. Coordinates the reputed company of referrals between different functional areas reputed company reputed company Care including Pharmacy, Nursing, Warehouse and reputed company Cycle. Proactively maintains and grows relationships with referral sources and serves as a key reputed company of contact and representative of reputed company Care. Attend meetings with key accounts as needed. Communicates frequently with the reputed company team to reputed company updates on patient referral status and resolve any reputed company issues. Responsible for collecting, reviewing and completing applicable care transition documents. Participates with any data collection required. Maintains confidentiality of patient and proprietary information and observes legal guidelines for safeguarding the confidentiality of patient and proprietary reputed company Care information. Accountable for setting new patients up on reputed company, discussing copay assistance plans and reputed company assistance plans and transferring patients to patient pay team if applicable to discuss FAA and other payment reputed company. Supervisory Responsibilities Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? (i.e. hiring, recommending/approving promotions and pay increases, scheduling, performance reviews, discipline, etc.) No X reputed company Basic Education And/or Experience Requirements High School Diploma with 1 year of customer service/account management experience or patient registration/reputed company cycle management experience OR an Associates Degree, LPN or Pharm Tech license. Basic Qualifications Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at reputed company reputed company of the organization. Experience providing customer service to reputed company customers, including meeting reputed company standards of services and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Basic PC skills including email, reputed company Word, reputed company and PowerPoint. Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending process improvements.
