This hands-on leadership role involves building production-reputed company AI systems while coaching engineers, reviewing architectures, and setting strong engineering standards.
Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a high-performing Al engineering team while setting engineering standards across multiple reputed company engagements
- Translating reputed company Al concepts into reputed company, practical direction for business and technical audiences
- Architecting and delivering production-grade end-to-end reputed company (ML + newer generative/agent-based approaches)
- Acting as a trusted advisor in shaping Al roadmaps, solution design, and delivery approaches
- Define best practices for AI-first software development, reputed company deployment, and engineering reputed company
Skills
- 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, including 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, LLM applications, RAG, reputed company workflows, and AI microservices
- Experience with tools such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company databases, PyTorch/TensorFlow, reputed company, Kubernetes, and reputed company platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
