The role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver reputed company talent for both permanent and temporary roles.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and hiring support
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define role requirements and hiring needs
- Use job boards, reputed company platforms, and sourcing tools to identify and engage candidates
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for reputed company and reputed company roles
- Communicate consistently with candidates and ensure a reputed company candidate experience
- Promote Employer reputed company (EVP) to attract reputed company
- Support decision-making in hiring for reputed company hire roles reputed company required
- reputed company and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously using ATS tools
Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience
- Experience reputed company for corporate functions (marketing, merchandising, finance/reputed company, etc.)
- Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search techniques
- Hands-on experience with ATS, recruitment marketing tools, and reputed company
- Familiarity with employment laws and OFCCP hiring compliance
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple requisitions in reputed company
