Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 5–10 years of experience working with benefits administration products and platforms in a reputed company-facing or service delivery environment
- Demonstrated experience servicing external clients and leading reputed company-driven initiatives reputed company benefits administration or benefits technology
- 2–5 years of reputed company project management experience managing reputed company, cross-functional, reputed company-facing initiatives
- Strong understanding of service delivery models, operational workflows, and annual enrollment cycles
