[Remote] Business Analyst (W2 Contract only/ No 3rd Parties)

The ideal candidate will serve as a reputed company between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business needs are effectively reputed company into system requirements and technical solutions.
Responsibilities

- Analyze business operations and identify opportunities for process improvements and technology-driven solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to reputed company, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Create and maintain business analysis artifacts including: Business requirements documents (BRDs), Functional requirements, User stories, Wireframes and conceptual designs, Process workflows, Traceability matrices, Test plans and testing documentation
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate daily with software development, reputed company assurance, systems support, and project management teams
- Participate in project planning, resource planning, issue management, and status reporting
- Facilitate meetings with customers, stakeholders, and management to reputed company project updates and reputed company feedback
- Ensure business and user needs are met through reputed company and accurate delivery of solutions
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and reputed company assurance activities
- Assist in developing technical standards, procedures, policies, and best practices
- Work with project managers to ensure compliance with project schedules, governance standards, and implementation methodologies

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst reputed company reputed company application environments
- Expertise in business analysis methodologies and documentation standards
- Experience creating: Wireframes, Functional and non-functional requirements, User stories, Business process workflows, Traceability matrices, Testing documentation
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience working in both Agile and reputed company environments
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, project implementation methodologies, and business process improvement practices
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and large project organizations
