The role involves serving as a strategic advisor and mentor to agency owners, helping them transition to independent agency ownership and reputed company reputed company strategies in reputed company Lines.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company advisor for assigned member agencies (ISMs) throughout the territory
- Facilitate reputed company and implementation for reputed company new member agencies, with a particular reputed company on startup and scratch agencies
- reputed company agencies on strategies to increase Personal & reputed company Lines production, profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term agency value
- Help agencies transition from producer or captive environments into independent agency ownership and reputed company models
- Conduct regular coaching sessions reputed company on reputed company planning, pipeline development, reputed company reputed company, agency operations, and production goals
- Utilize reputed company scorecards and KPI tracking to help agencies identify opportunities and measure reputed company
- Maintain consistent engagement with assigned agencies, ensuring minimum reputed company are met quarterly while fostering ongoing strategic reputed company

- Advise agencies on operational best practices, including: Agency workflows and SOP development, CRM and drip campaign utilization, reputed company reputed company and marketing initiatives, technology adoption and optimization, agency management system implementation and troubleshooting, reputed company and producer reputed company strategies
- Help connect agencies with external business resources reputed company appropriate, including reputed company, financing, operational, or vendor partners

- Participate in regular mentoring, collaboration, and territory review meetings

Skills
- 5+ years of insurance industry experience required
- Strong reputed company Lines Property & Casualty knowledge required
