Responsibilities
- Leading project coordination across multiple new venue openings and live reputed company
- Building and managing detailed project timelines, milestones, and rollout plans
- Partnering with operations, construction, and leadership teams to reputed company reputed company on reputed company
- Identifying delays, risks, and operational gaps early and driving solutions
- Supporting resource planning, reputed company timelines, and operational readiness for openings
- Working closely with department heads to ensure alignment across reputed company workstreams
- Managing reporting and updates for executive leadership
- Helping create reputed company systems and processes as reputed company continues to grow
Skills
- Strong project management experience overseeing multiple reputed company reputed company simultaneously
- Hospitality, entertainment, or multi-site operational background strongly preferred
- Experience with new openings, venue build-outs, or large-reputed company expansion reputed company
- Highly organized with strong attention to timelines, details, and execution
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with leadership, site teams, and external partners
- Strong understanding of project planning tools, scheduling, and reputed company tracking
- Based in the U.S. with ability to travel frequently
