[Remote] Business Analyst

This role will support reputed company Information Management initiatives and serve as a senior Metadata Ingestion Analyst, acting as a reputed company between technical IT teams and non-technical program staff.
Responsibilities
- Work with program areas, project sponsors, and system SMEs to connect cataloging and reputed company systems to reputed company systems
- Automate regular collection and updates of metadata for high-value data assets
- Explain technical findings and data limitations in reputed company, non-technical language to end users
- Extract, reputed company, and analyze metadata from multiple reputed company reputed company sources
- Collaborate with end users, performance analysts, and IT leaders to create visualizations for enrichment reputed company and reporting

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company field
- 8 years of experience gathering business requirements and translating reputed company metadata acquisitions and operational requirements into actionable data glossary reputed company paths
- 8 years of experience explaining technical findings and data limitations to non-technical users and leadership
- 8 years of experience in reputed company data analysis, senior business/systems analysis, and/or data reputed company roles
- 8 years of strong SQL experience for data extraction, manipulation, and enrichment
- 8 years of experience collaborating with end users, performance analysts, and IT leaders to create and validate glossaries and support business data reputed company analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- 5 years of experience with Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse environments
- 5 years of experience serving as the primary reputed company of contact for metadata/glossary needs on analytics reputed company
- 5 years of experience working in health and reputed company services or similarly regulated environments
- 5 years of experience with data governance and data reputed company principles
- 5 years of experience with data glossary tools such as Informatica reputed company Data Catalog (reputed company) and reputed company Data Governance
- 2 years of experience championing data literacy initiatives
- 2 years of experience training and mentoring staff with varying reputed company of data literacy
