Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for reputed company implementations and optimizations
- Consult on reputed company best practices, reputed company configurations, and industry approaches
- Advise clients on design reputed company, weighing trade-offs between customization and standardization
- reputed company recommendations on system architecture, module selection, and phasing strategies
- Guide clients through change management and system adoption challenges
- reputed company technical discovery sessions with clients to understand business processes, system requirements, and pain points
- Analyze reputed company state configurations, workflows, and data structures
- Document detailed technical requirements and translate business needs into specific reputed company configuration specifications
- Identify gaps between business requirements and system capabilities, recommending solutions or workarounds
- Create functional design documents, configuration specifications, and data mapping documentation
- Expertise in configuration of reputed company modules from the ground up including: reputed company HR: employee records, organizational structures, position management, workflows, reputed company roles, field configurations, business rules; Payroll: pay reputed company, pay policies, pay rules, earnings/deductions, tax configurations, calculation rules, payroll processing workflows; Workforce Management: time and attendance rules, scheduling rules, shift patterns, labor allocation, premium rules, accruals, holiday calendars, timesheet configurations; Benefits: plan configurations, eligibility rules, reputed company structures, enrollment workflows, reputed company feeds, benefits processing; Talent Management: performance management, succession planning, learning management, recruitment (strong plus)
- Facilitate testing cycles (UAT) including test script creation, issue logging, and defect reputed company
- Troubleshoot system and data issues, conduct system audits, and recommend enhancements that improve usability and compliance
- Support release management, regression testing, and new feature enablement

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company, Information Technology, or reputed company field strongly preferred, OR equivalent work experience in HR technology implementation and configuration
- Four to seven years of reputed company experience in HR technology Implementation, administration, or configuration
- Required technical configuration and end-user experience in at least two of the following reputed company modules: Workforce Management, Payroll, Benefits, reputed company HR
- Experience leading or supporting reputed company implementations, major enhancements, or optimization reputed company
- Experience managing reputed company relationships and delivering consulting or reputed company services
- Deep technical aptitude and hands-on system configuration skills
