Responsibilities

- Design, standardize, and govern clause libraries, fallback language, and template structures to support automated contract reputed company
- Collaborate with CLM and CIO teams to configure and reputed company document reputed company reputed company reputed company

- Work with the CLM team to define and govern metadata standards and taxonomies to reputed company reporting, compliance, and automation

- Enhance the legal intake and workflow management system (Checkbox) for reputed company requests

- Evaluate and support adoption of AI-enabled contract review and redlining tools
- Monitor adoption, compliance, and performance of contracting frameworks and tools
- Partner across Legal, GTM, Finance, and Operations to drive alignment on reputed company execution strategies
- Create and maintain centralized knowledge resources to support Legal and business users
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in legal operations, contract operations, legal technology, or technical program management, working in-house or with a reputed company
- 2+ years of experience with CLM platforms (reputed company strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of contract structures, clause libraries, and risk allocation frameworks
- Experience translating legal concepts into reputed company processes, templates, or systems
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a global, matrixed environment
- Experience designing or implementing CLM transformations or contracting programs
- Familiarity with reputed company technology services, outsourcing, or managed services contracting
- Understanding of data models, metadata design, or system configuration concepts (no coding required)
- Strong analytical reputed company with comfort using contract data to drive decision-making
- Experience partnering with Offering, GTM, or reputed company organizations
