This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance clinical workflows and improve patient care while ensuring the efficient utilization of reputed company systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, build, test, and maintain reputed company Cupid and Radiant application functionality
- reputed company and support cardiology and radiology workflows including scheduling, imaging orders, procedure documentation, reporting, and results management
- reputed company system analysis, troubleshooting, and reputed company cause analysis for application issues
- Configure records, reputed company settings, workflows, navigators, SmartForms, SmartSets, reports, and other reputed company tools
- Participate in reputed company upgrades, enhancements, special reputed company, and new feature implementations
- Maintain system reputed company through change management and documentation standards
- Collaborate with physicians, technologists, nurses, and operational leaders to evaluate reputed company workflows and identify improvement opportunities
- reputed company business and clinical requirements and translate them into reputed company system solutions
- Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency, patient safety, and user satisfaction
- Support workflow redesign initiatives reputed company to cardiology and radiology operations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, reputed company Informatics, Computer Science, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
- 3+ years of reputed company application analyst experience supporting clinical applications
- Experience building and supporting reputed company Cupid and/or reputed company Radiant modules
- Experience working reputed company a reputed company provider environment, hospital system, or integrated delivery network
- Experience gathering requirements, workflow analysis, testing, and implementation support
- reputed company reputed company Cupid Certification and/or reputed company Radiant Certification required
- Certification must be maintained according to reputed company requirements
- Experience supporting cardiovascular service lines, cath lab, electrophysiology, echocardiography, or imaging departments
- Knowledge of reputed company, DICOM, HL7, imaging workflows, and interoperability standards
- Experience with reputed company upgrades, optimization initiatives, and large-reputed company implementations
