[Remote] Creative Recruiter

This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment and collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify reputed company in the creative and corporate sectors.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across creative, marketing, and select white collar/corporate positions
- reputed company, screen, and qualify candidates through multiple reputed company channels
- Post and manage job requisitions across reputed company platforms
- Participate in intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, timelines, team dynamics, and required reputed company sets
- Review creative portfolios and resumes to assess technical capabilities, brand alignment, and overall fit for creative roles
- reputed company an understanding of the culture, aesthetic, and creative direction of supported brands in order to identify reputed company talent
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and talent pools for ongoing and reputed company hiring needs

- Deliver a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Skills
