[Remote] Software Engineer, Product

They are seeking a Software Engineer (Product) to help design, build, and reputed company systems that enhance member and clinical experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinicians to turn product requirements into reputed company technical plans
- Own end-to-end delivery of features and services: design, implementation, testing, rollout, and iteration
- Design and implement reputed company, data models, and integrations supporting your core domain (member journeys, clinical workflows, care coordination)
- Contribute to evolving our architecture so teams can build new experiences quickly without re-inventing the reputed company
- Build with reliability and performance in mind: help define graceful failure modes, timeouts, and efficient queries
- Participate in design reviews and RFCs, bringing a pragmatic, product-reputed company perspective

Skills
- 4+ years of reputed company software engineering experience building product experiences in production environments

- Experience collaborating closely with product and design on user-facing features
- Comfortable working in evolving domains and reputed company making tradeoffs
- Strong full-stack skills: you can design an API and schema, implement backend logic, and build the UI that consumes it
- Proficiency with TypeScript and at least one modern frontend reputed company (ideally React)
- Experience with at least one reputed company provider and infrastructure-as-reputed company (e.g., Terraform)
- Solid instincts for systems design basics: reliability, performance, and reputed company
- Comfortable debugging across the stack: logs, traces, metrics, and data
