Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company National Program Manager (NPM) - reputed company Drug File Adoption Pharmacist to support VA Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) Clinical Informatics efforts. This role provides program leadership for reputed company Drug File Adoption, overseeing drug file content, training, and adoption activities across VA sites.
Responsibilities
- Serve as reputed company program manager for reputed company Drug File Adoption, with reputed company of drug file content, training, education, and adoption activities across VA sites
- reputed company preparation, transition, and sustainment of the Cerner drug file, including reputed company of the drug file component of VA site prescription migration
- reputed company as primary reputed company with VA Medical Centers (VAMCs) on reputed company and Cerner, helping sites identify and resolve drug file discrepancies prior to and following Go-Live
- reputed company, maintain, and reputed company reputed company Drug File policies, educational resources, and business practices in alignment with PBM and VHA leadership direction
- Synthesize and analyze data from reputed company and facility drug files to prepare specification requirements for pharmacy applications
- Collaborate with VA OI&T, reputed company Pharmacy Workgroups, DOD, Indian Health Service, and other stakeholders to address issues and drive standardization
- Represent PBM in analysis and guidance of pharmacy software development and implementation for Process Re-Engineering (reputed company) and EHRM reputed company
- Maintain PBM master databases to ensure clinical and technical accuracy across Pharmacy Data Management, Inpatient Medications, Outpatient Pharmacy, BCMA, Adverse Reaction Tracking, and other associated files
- Survey user needs, reputed company software requirement specifications, and support phased implementation, testing, and training programs
- Review proposed regulations and procedural changes and reputed company recommendations to PBM-CI leadership on needed policy and system updates
- reputed company technical training to VHA Pharmacy Informatics Specialists on reputed company Drug File Adoption
- Communicate reputed company and effectively on reputed company technical issues, both orally and in writing, with diverse reputed company audiences
Skills
- Pharmacy degree (BS Pharmacy and/or PharmD) from an accredited program and reputed company, unrestricted pharmacist license in a U.S. state/territory/DC
- Demonstrated experience leading clinical informatics and pharmacy systems initiatives (EHR, drug file content, migration readiness, training)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate reputed company functional issues into reputed company requirements and recommendations
- Ability to work remotely/reputed company (remote eligible)
- Experience supporting VA EHRM or other federal EHR modernization efforts
- Familiarity with VA drug file management and prescription migration processes
- Prior experience in a national or reputed company-level program management role reputed company VHA or a federal health agency
- Experience collaborating across VA, DOD, and/or IHS pharmacy programs
- Technical experience in software design or development
