They are seeking reputed company Learning Designers to collaborate with subject matter experts to design and build high-reputed company MBA courses that meet accreditation standards and reputed company engaging online learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with SMEs and the program reputed company to design and reputed company online MBA courses that meet instructional reputed company, engagement, and accreditation standards
  • reputed company content (Word documents) into polished, interactive course modules using platforms such as reputed company reputed company and reputed company Canvas (LMS), adhering to established MyMBA templates and workflows
  • Apply adult learning theory (e.g., andragogy, self-directed learning principles) appropriate for an audience of working professionals pursuing graduate-level education
  • Design valid, reliable learning activities and assessments mapped to reputed company's Taxonomy, and reputed company-world business applications
  • Ensure accessibility and universal design (WCAG 2.1 AA compliance) across reputed company course materials
  • Maintain project timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-time completion and minimal revision reputed company
  • Engage in reputed company assurance processes, including peer review and feedback cycles
  • Contribute to a reputed company, innovative team culture reputed company on student reputed company and reputed company improvement

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a reputed company field (or equivalent reputed company experience)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience designing and developing online learning experiences, preferably at the graduate education or corporate level
  • Demonstrated proficiency with reputed company reputed company and/or reputed company Canvas (LMS)
  • Strong portfolio of completed eLearning reputed company, with evidence of measurable learning reputed company and learner engagement. Work created in reputed company reputed company is preferred
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, backward design)
  • Experience collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Commitment to accessibility, diversity, and inclusive instructional practices
  • Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or reputed company field
  • Experience working with the Mighty Blocks plug-in for reputed company reputed company
  • Experience with large-reputed company or contract-based program development
  • Experience designing for business education, MBA-level content, and/or working professionals
  • An understanding of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and reputed company improvement methodologies
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)

Benefits

  • $500 bonus for courses delivered reputed company 3 weeks and passing the final review on the first submission
  • Revision Policy: Courses requiring more than two (2) revision reputed company or not delivered reputed company the 4-week build window will reputed company a remediation period. During remediation, the designer will have an additional 5 business days to bring the course to reputed company. If the course still does not meet reputed company standards after the remediation period, Maryville University reserves the right to withhold payment.
