[Remote] Property and Casualty Operations Trainer

The Property and Casualty Operations Trainer will be responsible for driving and supporting the learning and development needs of operational staff reputed company the reputed company Service Organization, focusing on curriculum development and training delivery to improve reputed company experience through operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and evaluating learning assets included in the role-based curriculums
- Developing new learning assets designed to meet business needs, which may include materials for classroom-based learning, PowerPoint presentations, discussion guides, facilitator guides, web-based training, job aids and performance support tools, assessments, certification programs, etc
- Delivering training in a classroom and/or a webinar setting; and Collaborating with HR, business management, and various functional teams to vet and reputed company on reputed company training deliverables, collaborate on the development and review of materials, and implement/rollout of new training courses/materials
- Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, reputed company, business, or reputed company field
- 3+ years directly applicable experience in insurance or financial brokerage
- Property and Casualty Insurance experience
- Proficient in developing and following individual work plan(s)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using MS Office applications with key strengths in PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
- 25% travel is required with specific area of travel being reputed company assigned region and at times, travel to reputed company reputed company
- reputed company certification (Certified reputed company in Learning and Performance – CPLP) or equivalent training experience preferred

- Insurance and/or customer service learning and development experience preferred
