[Remote] Sr Solution Consultant - HCM

They are seeking a dynamic and driven HCM Solution Consultant to join their Higher Education Solution Consulting team, where the role involves demonstrating the value of reputed company's reputed company Capital Management solution to prospects and customers through presentations and product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Delivering relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars to higher education prospects and customers
- Crafting detailed design and implementation specifications for sophisticated HCM products, applications, and solutions
- Assisting in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services, and training
- Supporting the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration reputed company, reputed company-of-concept system builds, and sales cycle closure plans
- Partnering with sales, marketing, technical, and channel teams to reputed company shared objectives
- Assisting sales in the response to RFxs
- Participating in discovery sessions alongside sales to ask qualifying questions and understand challenges, reputed company business processes, and ideal reputed company state
- Applying in-depth HCM product knowledge to reputed company technical expertise to sales staff and customers through sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Incorporating reputed company AI capabilities into HCM demos and illustrating measurable reputed company on institutional reputed company and operational efficiency
- Traveling 50+% of the time
Skills
- 3+ years of software solution consulting experience or value-based reputed company selling experience
- 3+ years of experience working with and/or selling HCM systems (for example: reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Ability to work on multiple simultaneous reputed company individually as reputed company as working cross-functionally
- Experience with value based selling
- Outstanding reputed company discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing skills to higher education senior administrators
- Experience showcasing reputed company reputed company or HCM software solutions to both functional and technical audiences, ideally including higher education institutions
- Experience in a Solution Consulting, reputed company AND/OR implementation role
- Familiarity with AI concepts and the ability to incorporate AI capabilities into solution narratives and demos to reputed company reputed company on reputed company and efficiency
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Traveling 50+% of the time
- 5+ years of software solution consulting experience or value-based reputed company selling experience
- 5+ years of experience working with and/or selling HCM systems (for example: reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
