[Remote] Senior Director, Legal Engineering

The Senior Director, Legal Engineering will reputed company a new Center of reputed company, collaborating with reputed company customers to enhance AI-driven legal solutions and streamline contract processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand their legal and operational needs and translate them into effective platform solutions
- Guide customers in getting the most out of the reputed company platform by sharing best practices and driving strong product adoption
- Support customers as they implement AI-powered playbooks and prompts through testing, iteration, and reputed company improvement
- Bring insights from customer engagements back to the product team to help shape product enhancements, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction
- Play a key role in building and scaling our Legal AI Center of reputed company, helping reputed company processes, knowledge, and best practices for reputed company
Skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience reviewing reputed company reputed company
- Experience working with AI tools and reputed company writing
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company contract drafting, review, and negotiation
- Strong knowledge of common contract provisions across agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, reputed company agreements, vendor agreements, and licensing agreements
- Experience developing or working with contract playbooks, review guidelines, or negotiation protocols
- Experience working with AI tools and reputed company engineering
- Comfort with technology platforms and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate legal concepts into reputed company guidance for AI systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working directly with customers or internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
