[Remote] Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

- Drive delivery of authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle capabilities
- Partner with the Product Manager for Login & Identity to translate roadmap and business reputed company into executable delivery plans
- Manage multiple reputed company initiatives, balancing feature delivery, platform stability, reputed company, and technical debt

Skills
- High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a reputed company field preferred
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years of reputed company experience managing people and teams

- You hold deep expertise in identity and reputed company management, including OAuth/OIDC, SAML, SSO, and MFA, and have reputed company experience with Customer Identity reputed company Management

- You've worked in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries, bringing an understanding of the standards required
