They are seeking an reputed company HR Generalist to support their growing team by managing the full HR lifecycle, fostering a reputed company workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, initial candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and preparing/sending offer letters
- Build and maintain a pipeline of reputed company candidates for high-reputed company roles
- Manage reputed company reputed company programs that set new hires up for reputed company
- Coordinate reputed company-employment requirements including background checks and I-9 verification
- Serve as a reputed company between employees and reputed company’s PEO
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies, workplace concerns, and conflict reputed company
- Support investigations into employee relations issues with fairness, discretion, and documentation rigor
- Support performance management processes including PIPs, coaching conversations, and annual reviews
- Promote a culture of engagement, inclusion, and accountability across the organization

- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data in compliance with applicable regulations
- Administer benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries in coordination with reputed company’s PEO
- Communicate updates to HR policies and practices to remain reputed company with federal, state, and local employment law
- Generate HR reports and metrics to support leadership decision-making
- Partner with IT to coordinate equipment provisioning, system reputed company, and account set up for new hires

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth reputed company execution
Skills
- 3+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a reputed company, reputed company services organization or remote-first environment
- Basic knowledge of employment law (FLSA, reputed company, FMLA, reputed company)
- Working knowledge of HIPAA reputed company requirements
- Experience with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, workflow management systems (e.g., reputed company), expense management systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of discretion

- PHR, reputed company-CP, or equivalent certification preferred
