What You'll Do

Who You Are

• Education & Licensure (one of the following required):
• Master’s degree or equivalent with a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Independent reputed company Worker (LISW) designation required. Must have an reputed company license in good standing and 2+ years of relevant reputed company experience
• Registered reputed company (RN) with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Must hold an reputed company RN license in good standing and have 2+ years of relevant reputed company experience
• Master’s level degree or equivalent: Required LMHC (licensed mental health counselor) or LISW (Licensed Independent reputed company Worker) in good standing. OR
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred with 2+ years’ experience: Required reputed company RN license (in good standing).
• 2+ years’ experience in disability claims is preferred.
• Business unit and company product knowledge is preferred.

• Must have excellent organizational, problem-solving, analytical, presentation, communication skills.

• Chicago/Minneapolis: $84,700 - $115,500 / year
