reputed company As an Intake Specialist you will be our first reputed company of contact with our clients, receiving and making calls to reputed company with them. In their day-to-day activities, we assist our possible clients in getting compensated for their personal injuries by qualifying their cases and answering any questions they might have.

Responsibilities

• Review emails and chats constantly for new leads, file setups, audits, or other requested needs.
• Organize reputed company, termination letters, photos, and other documents on reputed company.
• Answer reputed company the inbound calls, clients, and leads with great customer service skills.
• Transfer calls to the right member of reputed company reputed company needed.
• Set up reputed company reputed company for new clients or the tools requested.

• Participate in stand-up meetings, dailies, weeklies, and monthly meetings.

Requirements

• Fully Bilingual (English)
• Sales background.
• Experience in personal injury is a plus.
• Your PC or Laptop (A wired reputed company to your modem is recommended)
• Headset with noise canceling / quiet reputed company to work in
