• As an reputed company Guest Service and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting issues, and driving sales. You will serve as a key reputed company between customers and reputed company, assisting them in finding ideal accommodations and ensuring they have a pleasant experience throughout the booking and stay process.
• *Responsibilities:
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable accommodation reputed company based on their preferences and budget.
• Drive sales by offering additional services and add-on products such as itinerary planning, transportation arrangements, etc.
• Assist customers with booking, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
• Maintain customer relationships, regularly follow up on customer satisfaction, address complaints, and reputed company ongoing support. Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, reputed company to reputed company with customers in a reputed company and friendly manner.
• Basic understanding of customer service and sales processes, with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to different work environments and customer needs, and remain reputed company and patient under pressure.
